Cancellation Policy

We cannot guarantee timeliness of service based on weather and traffic delays. All drivers will obey traffic rules and regulations. If traveling during peak hours, service may be delayed. Please plan accordingly. You should be 21 or over to book. All bookings with WheelKare are for same-day pickup and drop off. Some rides may require a deposit at the time of booking. If deposit is required deposit must be paid before the driver departs to destination. Full payment due upon ride completion. Reservations that are being held but have not yet been purchased are excluded. We allow the flexibility to make changes to select reservations within 24 hours of booking. This includes canceling your reservation. All WK vehicles are Non Smoking. Consumption of drugs and/or alcohol is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
