How early in advance do I have to book?

We offer same-day booking per our availability, with our normal operating hours from 7a-8p.  If you need to book outside of these times, please either Call or Email us.

How far out can I book?

You may book up to six months in advance however it is preferable to book no more than six weeks out.

How can I prepay?

You can prepay by requesting an invoice or over the phone by calling us directly, Call Now.

Can I pay upon pickup?

Payment can be completed to the driver upon their arrival for pickup.

Are there any discounts?

Passengers whom are transported to or from an assisted living facility may qualify for 10% discount for their travel.

Do you offer group rates?

For group rates please either Call or Email us.

Can I reschedule my ride?

All rides can be reschedule within 4 hours of the arrival time free of charge.  Rides rescheduled within the 4 hours may be subject to a fee.

Please note rescheduling may be subject to availability.

What if I have to cancel?

Any cancelations within 24 hours, will assess a fee of 50% of the total cost of the ride.

What areas do you service?

Anywhere in the South Eastern Mi, Tri-County area

(Macomb /Wayne /Oakland).

I need some assistance, will the drivers help?

Our chauffeurs will provide door to door support to and from your destination.

Do you offer door to door service?

Yes. Our service includes assisting passengers from the time of arrival to our departure.

Do you transport to places other than Dr. appointments?

Absolutely, from trips to the mall, salon, church or just a day out we will chauffeur you to wherever you desire to go.

How is this different from ridesharing?

Unlike ridesharing applications, all of our chauffeurs have passed a national background check and have received Hippa training.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes. Pets are allowed but must be in the control of the owner.

What type of pets are allowed?

We currently accommodate dogs, cats, and other small pets under the control of the owner.

How many passengers can ride per vehicle?

Our vans can accommodate one wheelchaired passenger in addition to four seated passengers.

Are your vans equipped with lifts?

Our vans are equipped with rear entry ramps to allow wheelchaired passengers entry.

Is smoking allowed during travel?

All of our vehicles are non-smoking.
